② Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023, 2024 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of "Sales of Product" or "Services", for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
③ Meet the qualification requirements which may be specified by the Obligating Officer Director-General
