⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.

④ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Offcer may specify in accordance with article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
