(6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall ; (A1) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause ; (A2) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting (A3) have Grade A, B, C or D oflevel of interest in "Selling" in Kanto・Koshinetsu area terms of thequalifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry ofLand, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for everyministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2016・2017・2018. (A4) The person who is not beingsuspended from transactions by the request of the officials in chargeof contract. (A5) not be the businessoperators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusionrequest from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport andTourism is continuing state concerned.
