(A1) Not come under Article 8 ofthe Cabinet Order concerning the
Contract for NIAS. Furthermore,minors, Person under
Conservatorship or Person underAssistance that obtained the
consent necessary for concluding acontract may be applicable under
cases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) Not come under Article 9 ofthe Cabinet Order concerning the
Contract for NIAS.
(A3) Have Grade A, B or C interms of the qualification
"Provision of services" forparticipating in tenders by NIAS,
or in tenders by Singlequalification for every ministry
and agency in the fiscal years2013, 2014 and 2015.
(A4) Not being suspended fromtransactions by the request of the
officials in charge of contract.
(7) Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00
