| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HATSUGAI Takeshi, Vice President, National Tax College. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 76 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : lecture book by National Tax College, From the first group and the second group total 101,977 copies. ⑷ Fulfillment period is From the date of conclusion of the Service contract through 31 March, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ① have Grade "B or C in manufacturing" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organization in Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to Ministry of Finance (Single Qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ② Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
