Summay of notice ⑴ The official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Genji Sawada, Director, General Coordination Department, Niigata Labor Bureau
⑵ Classification of the items to be procured : 26
⑶ Objects and quantity of the items to be procured : Expendable supplies (general office supplies, agency article) used by Niigata Labor Bureau, the Labor Standards Inspection Offices, and the Public Employment Security Offices in Niigata Prefecture. Refer to the written tender for information and the specification.
⑷ Delivery period : Refer to the tender explanation and specification.
⑸ Delivery place : Places designated by the above-mentioned official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity.
⑹ As a qualified bidder, suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1 )not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting. Minors and persons who are taken into custody by curators or assistants and have obtained consent necessary for concluding contracts with special reasons in this Article should be applicable for the bidder.
2)not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting.
3)be grade B, C or D in "Sales of products" as a bidder qualification for the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 qualified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, which is standardized qualification applied for all the ministries as well.
4)prove to be covered by the Social insurances with no failure to pay the premium ; namely pension insurance which the Ministry of Health, Labor and welfare is responsible for, health insurance which National Health Insurance Association shall be in charge of, sailors insurance, national pension, workmen's compensation insurance and employment insurance.
5 )prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
6 )prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
7 )those that are in compliance with Laborrelated laws and regulations.
8 )meet the qualifications required by the official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity based on the regulations in Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting.
⑺ The application must be made by 5 : 00 pm, 27 February 2023
⑻ The tender must be submitted by 10 : 00 am, 1 March 2023
