⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A on "provision of services" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area interms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
⑥ For mechanical and electrical equipment operation management work, within the past 3 years, have annual work experience in a 24-hour system, and within the past 3 years, have annual work experience in a building of 100,000㎡ or more.
⑦ Approved by the prefectural public safety commission based on Article 4 of the Security Business Act for security and security services, and have annual work experience within the past 3 years with a 24-hour system.
⑧ Regarding cleaning work, you must have annual work experience in a building (office building) of 3000㎡ or more within the past 3 years.
⑨ About the bid of the bid participation group In carrying out this work, it is possible to participate as a single company or as a bid participation group.
1 )If you cannot handle the work alone, you may participate in a bid participation group that can properly perform the work. In that case, a bid participation group shall be formed by the time of submission of certificates, etc., and shall participate as a representative company and group company. In addition, the representative company and group companies cannot participate in other bid participation groups or participate in the bid alone. In addition, the representative company and group companies shall prepare and submit an agreement (or similar documents) regarding the formation of a bid participation group.
