| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kiryuu Yasuo, Director General, Kinki Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased and maintained : Liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer, 1 set ⑷ Lease period : From 1 April, 2023 through 31 March, 2028 ⑸ Lease place : Narcotics Control Department, Kinki Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
