B To include a scanning transmission electron microscope that can obtain information on electric, magnetic and stress fields and crystal orientation in specific nano-scale region. C To include a multiple beam machin-ing/observation apparatus that can automatically make machining and observation, and that can obtain 3-dimensional information on chemical composition and crystal orientation.
