⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ Have grade A, B, C or D on "manufacturing and selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑦ Applicants are required to submit a "Written Pledge" to prevent unauthorized use of public research funds.
⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 4 : 00 PM 10 February 2023.
⑻ Time limit for tender (Mailing) : 4 : 00 PM 22, February 2023.
⑼ Time limit for tender (Bringing) : 11 : 00 AM 24, February 2023.
