Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YAMAMURA Akira, Deputy Director of General Affairs Department, Numazu Sub-Office of Shizuoka Local Finance Office. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning of the building, the guard of the building, management of the parking lot and reception desk guidance in Numazu National Government building, 1 set. ⑷ Service period : From April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. ⑸ Service place : As in the tender manual. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade "B" or "C" in "Provision of services" in the Tokai-Hokuriku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Not those who are judged to be in appropriate as the other party to a contract on account of having violated any of the clauses of contract and illegal or unfair act previously made with an official in charge of any of the relevant local bureaus, or branch bureaus, or divisions, or offices. ⑤ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑥ Guarantee to perform properly the contract, provided that the business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated. ⑦ Be a person who took a grant of a tender manual. ⑺ Time-limit for offer : 17 : 00, February 1, 2023. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, February 8, 2023. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Special Staff Section for Common Building for Government Offices, Numazu Sub-Office of Shizuoka Local Finance Office, 9-1 Ichibacho, Numazu-shi, Shizuoka, 410-0831 Japan.
