Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "offer of Service etc" in the Kanto・Koushinetsu disting, interms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defence (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ④ The person who is not being under suspension of nomination by Director General for Health and Medicine, Director General, Bureau of Defense Policy, Director General, Acquisition Technology and Logistics Agency, or by Director General, Equipment Procurement and National Defense Academy President. ⑤ If you are covered by labor insurance, welfare annuity insurance, etc., there must be no delinquency in insurance premiums, etc. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00, 18 January, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : URANO Rumi, National Defense Academy, Ministry of Defense, 1-10-20 Hashirimizu, Yokosuka-Shi, Kanagawa 239-8686 Japan.
