B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President University of the Ryukyus.
