⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security
② have Grade "A" or "B" on the category of services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Single Qualification for every ministry and agency (in fiscal year 2022-2024).
③ are not the subject of an order prohibiting them from receiving subsidies from government or governmental organization ; an order prohibiting them from concluding contracts with them ; or an order disqualifying them from bidding for them projects conducted under the designated bidder system.
④ have a record of building cleaning service contract as a contractor at the total floor space more than 10,000㎡ per contract in Japan for the past 3 years.
⑤ attend tender explanation meeting mentioned below.
