| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : NISHIDA Takahiro, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Otsu District Court, 3-1-2 Kyo-machi, Otsu-shi, Shiga 520-0044, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the substance to be purchased : Electric power to be consumed at Courthouse of Otsu District Court, Otsu Family Court and Otsu Summary Court ; Estimated contracted demand 231kW ; Estimated annual consumption 470,403kWh ⑷ Supplying period : From April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 ⑸ Supplying place : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A, B or C in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kinki region ; besides, those who have Grade C in the said classification need to be able to prove the record of experience of selling equivalent or superior service to the case of this bid notice ; ④have a license to be a General Electricity Utility in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 2 of the retail Electricity company ; ⑤fulfill the requirement mentioned in the bid manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO and environmental impact ; and ⑥have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., January 19, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : OKAMOTO Haruka, Supplies Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Otsu District Court, 3-1-2 Kyo-machi, Otsu-shi, Shiga 520-0044, Japan, TEL 077-503-8120 |
