① not fall under article 4 of JICA contract management regulations promulgated on 2003.
② have the official status in terms of the Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ have a corporate status registered in accordance with laws and regulations in force in Japan.
④ have no conflict of interest with prior work.
⑤ have no particular problem with the financial status of the corporate body.
⑥ have established and guaranteed an appropriate system for the protection of confidential information.
