⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
1)MR-OR System
① The magnet type shall be superconducting and the operating static field strength shall be 3.0T.
② The diameter of the center of the gantry bore shall be of the large diameter type.
③ The system shall have a mechanism that does not consume liquefied helium during normal inspection.
④ Maximum gradient field strength output shall be possible in each of the three axes.
⑤ Maximum slew rate output shall be possible in each of the three axes.
⑥ The patient's bed shall be able to cooperate surgery patient's bed.
⑦ The RF coil shall be compatible with imaging during surgery.
2)Hybrid-OR system
① The biplane imaging system should have two sets of X-ray tube and detector pairs.
② Have reduce exposure system for staffs and a patient.
③ It can be connected with beds.
④ It must be able to connect to existing hospital information systems (HIS), radiological information systems (RIS), image interpretation systems, and image networks (PACS).
⑤ Have a large monitor.
⑥ It should be equipped with a workstation enables image processing.
3)Surgical Image Management System
① It must be a centralized system that have images of operating field at each operating room, images during surgery and biological informations etc.
② It is necessary to connect existing surgical image management system.
③ It must be taken by 4K high image quality (3840×2160) on the operating field, also control camera at each surgery and operating field by moving lengthwise, sidewise, rotation and zoom in.
④ To provide a camera having a medical monitoring device whose image quality is 4K high (3840×2160).
⑤ Recording of surgical field footage in all operating rooms can be stored in high definition for one year and compressed low-resolution recordings that can be stored for 5 years. Recorded footage must be searchable by date, patient ID, clinical department, etc.
⑥ It is possible to record surgical cameras, images and images of each medical device using a touch panel with simple operation, and to be able to store them for a long time on a server system.
⑦ All operating room operative field (panoramic view) cameras and recorded surgical field images can be viewed in multiple locations.

6)Mobile radiography
① It should have a pantograph arm to easily control the position of photograph.
② Small-size and small-turn.
7)Patient transport system
① Patients can enter and leave the room safely and smoothly.
② It should be possible to easily enter and leave the operating table or table top for the operating table according to the surgical procedure.
③ The operating table should be compatible with a wide variety of surgical procedures.
④ Compatible with existing operating table accessories owned by the operating department.
8)Surgical light/sealing pendant anchoring system
① The surgical light should be a surgical lighting that is suspended from the ceiling and allows the light field to reach deep into the surgical field.
② The surgical light should be dual-axis and dual-light.
③ Surgical light should be a system on which a monitor for a video system can be suspended.
④ The sealing pendant is a ceiling-mounted type that takes into consideration the flow lines of staff and objects, care space, and efficiency of treatment and care. Layout is possible.

9)Acute patient information system

14)Surgical support system
① Blood gas analysis, electrolytes, metabolism, and hemoglobin can be measured by actual measurement for patient monitoring during surgery.

④ Optimal anticoagulation with heparin during extracorporeal circulation, and perform safe extracorporeal circulation.

15)Surgical hand washing system
① A system that can disinfect hands and fingers for the purpose of removing passing bacteria adhering to the fingers and reducing resident skin bacteria.
② In order not to be affected by deterioration of raw water quality, a filter or membrane should be built into each hand washer.
③ The faucet should be able to prevent reverse pollution.
16)Ophthalmic Surgical Microscope System
① Enable speedy storage of & access to a variety of containers of instruments sets (specific to procedures)
② Microscope images can be displayed on external monitor and connected to recording system.
③ Accommodates surgery of the retina and/or vitreous body as well as cataract surgery.
