| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Mayumi Ushizaki, Chief of Contract Division Central Finance & Accounting Command ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 76. ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Publicity for the 2023 recruiting calendar 303,650 set. ⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation. ⑹ Procedure for tender Suppliers shall submit the estimate of total sum excluding consumption tax. ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : eligible suppliers for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall. ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
