| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Muroi Masanori, the Warden of Tachikawa Detention House. ⑵ Classification of the product to be procured : 16 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Replacing of 1 set of multiple broadcasting system devices. ⑷ Fulfillment period : By 24 March 2023. ⑸ Fulfillment place : Place designated by the official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity. ⑹ Qualificatin for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order conserning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in the Kanto-Koushinetu area in "Manufacture of products" or "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender related to the Ministry of Justice (the standardized qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023 and 2024. Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they become entitled to the qualification and the relevant grade, and registered in the list of qualified bidders on or before 29 August 2022. ④Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement System.
