In addition, suppliers who no longer come under the following items after the examination date and up to the time of the decision being made on the successful supplier shall not be eligible to participate in the open tender : ① The supplier does not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures (Regulation № 16 of 2005). ② Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder. ③ There shall have been no funding or personal relationships with those intending to participate in the bidding during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 28.
