| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Fumihiro Miura, Head of Accounting Office, General Affairs Division, Secretariat, General Secretariat, The Japan Fair Trade Commission ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Subject of the services to be procured : Renewal of the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) website in accordance with the renewal of the operational infrastructure of the JFTC website system, and construction of functions for online administrative procedures ⑷ Contract term : as in the Specification ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the Specification ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting.
