| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KIMOTO Masahide, President, National Research and Development Agency, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : About 23,426,032kWh Electricity ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, April 2022 to 31 March 2023 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Research and Development Agency, National Institute for Environmental Studies (16-2 Onogawa, Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki, Japan) ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① are classified as Grade A, B, C or D "Sale of products" in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 : However, Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification in the categories of "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) will be acquired on an ongoing basis in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 : ② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause : ③ not come under Article 6 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES : ④ have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act : ⑤ fulfill the bidding conformity condition shown in the bidding instruction concerning carbon dioxide emission factor, utilization of unutilized energy, introduction of renewable energy and efforts to provide information on energy conservation and energy saving to customers : ⑥ The percentage of electricity supplied from renewable energy sources that meet the requirements of "RE100 TECHNICAL CRITERIA" shall meet 100%.
