② be going to have Grade A or B in "Provision of services" in the Tohoku, Kanto-Koshinetsu or Tokai-Hokuriku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 as of 1 April, 2022
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electronic certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement System
