⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacturing and selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Have permission to be a Electrical retailer in accordance with Article 2, Section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM 3, March 2022.
