⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Shinshu University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sale of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Shinshu University,
C Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
E The applicant must be registered as a retail electricity supplier under Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
