| Summay of notice | ⑴ The same with the notice above (No. 1) ⑵ Classification No. of the products to be procured : 75 ⑶ Procurement title and amount : Cleaning duties to perform in each Tokyo labour bureau institution in the fiscal years 2022 ⑷ Delivery period : As stated on the specification ⑸ Delivery place : As stated on the specification ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Those who do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② Those who do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③ Those who are not currently in the suspension period for nomination by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Ministry of Justice and Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers, JEED. ④ Have Grade A, B or C in offer of services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
