⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures :
① A person or entity who shall not come under Article 3 of "The Public announcement on the qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures by the Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation, dated 15 January, 2021"
② A person or entity who participates in competition has to have effective qualification for 2021 from 2019 Japanese Government set.
③ To be a retail electric operator established by the Electric Utility Industry Law.
④ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender explanation that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑤ Other requirements for participating in this tender refer to tender explanation.
