| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takeyoshi Kanesawa, Chief of Finance Section, General Affairs Department, National Police Academy ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electric power supply, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April 2022 to 31, March 2023 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" or "Offers of the labor" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusionrequest from japanese government is continuing state concerned. ⑥ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 14 : 00 27, Januayr 2021. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Junichi Kaneko, Finance Section, General Affairs Department, National Police Academy, 3-12-1 Asahichou Fuchu-Shi Tokyo 183-8558 Japan.
