| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KIMOTO Masahide, President, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Analysis and monitoring service of system log at NIES ⑷ Fulfillment period : from contract day, through 31, March, 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① are classified as Grade A, B or C "offer of services" (Information processing or software development) in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 ; However, A, B, or C in terms of the qualification in the categories of "offer of services" (Information processing or software development) in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) will be acquired on an ongoing basis in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 : ② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
