⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in Kanto・Koshinetsu area or Tokai・Hokuriku area, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokuriku-Shin'etsu District Transport Bureau.
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Biddng system
