⒝ Software support service for the system thereof, one set
⑷ Delivery period of the software license : Within five days from the following date of contract conclusion (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and the holiday stipulated in the Act on National Holidays)
⑸ Fulfillment period of the software support service : From 1 January 2022 through 31 March 2023 (thereafter shall be renewed automatically for successive one-year terms)
⑹ Delivery and fulfillment place : As per the specifications
⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 9 November 2021 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 8 November 2021)
