② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 18 October 2021 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 15 October 2021)
