Tohoku Regional Development Bureau, contract 1,351kW and the estimated erectricity for the year is 3,217,472 kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 November, 2021 through 31 October, 2022 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Do not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② Have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) ③ Do not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening ④ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system https://www.nyusatsu.geps.go.jp/OMP/ Accepter/ ⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly ⑥ Not once being rejected, or under remaining denial, from the national order operations upon police request because of their practical operation by Boryokudan members or other antisocial bodies ⑦ Obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2, of the Electricity Business Act ⑧ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 14 : 00 30 August, 2021 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 14 : 00 16 September, 2021 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : MIURA Tomohito Procument Section, Accounting Division, Akita Office of River and National Highway.
