⑸ Delivery places : Iida Maintenance and Customer Service Center, Nagoya Branch, Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 856-1, Kitagata, Iida-City, Nagano, japan, and 5 other places
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall
① not correspond Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② have been submitted the following documents due at 16 : 00 21 September by hand or registered mail.
・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document describing the company career
③ have proven to have actually sold or manufactured more than 1,200 tons of Sodium Chloride in a year.
④ have proven to own (or rent) the storehouse which has over 200tons capacity of sodium chloride and located in Municipalities of Nagano Prefecture along the expressway managed by Iida Maintenance and Customer Service Center.
⑤ have proven to be able to bring 110 tons of the products (except the storehouse) to the requested places within 3 days after orders and have proven to be able to bring 110 tons of the products at storehouse to the requested places within 24 hours after orders.
⑥ be possible to secure the antifreeze agents from multiple origins.
⑦ not have capital and personal relationship with bidders.
⑧ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
