B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services or offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2021 in offer of services or offer of services for participating in tenders by National University Corporation Kagoshima University,
C meet the qualification requirements which President, National University Corporation Kagoshima University may specify in accordance with Article 4, section 6 of the Regulation concerning the Goods supply contract for Kagoshima University,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, National University Corporation Kagoshima University.
