⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2019, 2020 and 2021
③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitaion proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)
④ be the person who proved that there is a performance in the bid manual
⑤ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from timelimit for the tender to Bid Opening
⑥ not be the person that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exlusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑦ be the person who obtained the bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑧ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the products concerning the bid manual
