| Summay of notice | 6 Summary (1) Official in charge ofdisbursement of the procuring entity : Masumi Yoritaka, Directorof the Coordination Division Okinawa Regional Customs. (2) Classification of the products to be procured : 78 (3) Nature and quantity of theproducts to be required : Maintenances and Managements of the Naha Airport Common GovernmentOffices 1 Set (4) Fulfillment period : From 1April 2017 through 31 March 2018 (5) Fulfillment place : As in thetender documentation. (6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : (A1) Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause. (A2) Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. (A3) Have Grade B or C in the"Provision of services, etc (Building management and othermaintenances/management operations)" of the qualificationfor participating in tenders by the Kyusyu・Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Finance (singlequalification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years2016, 2017 and 2018. (A4) Have not received suspension of designated contractor status,etc. from any ministry or agency (including person speciallyqualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuringentity). (A5) A person whose businesssituation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantlydeteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can beguaranteed.
