| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Total cardiopulmonary system 1 set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : ① The system base can be configured to install up to 10 roller pumps and incorporate a dedicated centrifugal pump device ② A roller pump is a stand-alone type allowing a versatile layout onto the system as desired. A roller pump head is available in three diameter sizes : φ150, φ100, and φ75 to set up the optimal system for neonate to adult ③ Occlusion shall be adjusted by dial operation with an occlusion locking mechanism ④ A pump remote controller (operation panel) for both roller and centrifugal pump is a stand-alone, enabling an installment on anywhere on the system base as well as any position on the system with a use of a special holder to complete the optimal system layout for each case ⑤ The system can be driven by a centrifugal pump. In addition, the safety operation can be assured with an auto-clamping function in a case of activated alarms such as backflow, bubble detection ⑥ Monitoring system is fully available and its system provides a high level of safety for the operation of the whole system. LCD touch panel installed must have an excellent visibility and operability ⑦ Not only digital numerical but also analog bar graph indication is available on pressure monitor, to get an easier notice to pressure changes like pulsation ⑧ When pressure monitor, level sensor, and bubble sensor detect unusual operation, it is selectable to receive alarm notification only or interlocking with the operating pump ⑨ P/S control (Primary-Secondary setting for 2 linked-pump operation) is easy to be set, leading to speedy blood cardioplegia infusion as well ⑩ The system must be operated inter-connectedly by BF of roller pump and one of venous line ⑪ The upper limit function control not to be over the designated flow rate, reducing possible risk on negative pressure on oxygenator ⑫ An electronic blender unit must be used with the system and the data (oxygen gas concentration and flow rate) can be available in output ⑬ The system base is equipped with an emergency power supply in order to secure a backup system in case of a power failure like blackout ⑭ The system can be operated inter-connectedly with a myocardial protection system called "TRUSYS" ⑮ The manufacturing company has its own factory in Japan, where spare parts are stored. Then after-service such as regular check-up, parts replacement and overhaul service is available promptly ⑸ Time-limit for the submission of the requested material : 5 : 00 P.M.
