(referred to as PMAC) ⑵ Classification of the products to be rent : 17 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Lease for car ⑷ Rent period ; From 10, May, 2021 through 9, May, 2026 ⑸ Rent place : Osaka Garden Palace ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 25 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorships or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. ③ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer. ④ have the Grade A, B, C or D "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2021. ⑤ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify. ⑺ Time-limit of tender : 2 : 00 PM 5, March, 2021. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 1, March, 2021.
