Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Personunder Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding acontract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; (A2) not come under Article 6 ofthe Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; (A3) have Grade A, B or C in"Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" forparticipating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour andWelfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ; (A4) prove to have registeredwith the relevant authorities, in accordance with the PharmaceuticalAffairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ; (A5) prove to have prepared asystem to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for theprocured products ; (A6) meet the qualificationrequirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordancewith Article 4 of the Regulation ; (7) Time-limit for tender : 9 : 30 A.M.
