| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official acting in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tadaaki Naka- gawa, the warden of general affairs of the Tokyo Detention House ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 13 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Replace of refrigerator/free- zer room equipment and others in Tokyo Detention House 1 set. ⑷ Delivery period : 29 March 2021 ⑸ Delivery place : The place designated by official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A, B or C in 2 "Manufacture of product", "Sale of product" or "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2019/2020/2021. ④Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑺ Distribution of instructions : From 11 November 2020 (9 : 00~17 : 00) to 10 December 2020 (9 : 00~17 : 00) at Tokyo Detention House Maintenance and Supplies Section. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 4 January 2021 ⑼ Date and time of opening and location a bid : 11 : 00, 5 January 2021 at Tokyo Detention House conference room. ⑽ Invalid bid : A bid that violates the conditions of bidding and bidding made by a person who does not have competitive participation qualification as shown in this advertisement shall be invalid. ⑾ Contact point for the notice : Tokyo Detention House, 1-35-1 Kosuge, Katu- sika-ku, Tokyo, 124-8565 Japan TEL 03-3690-6682 ext 2410 |
