Chubu Regional Development Bureaufrom Time-limit for submission of
certificate to Bid Opening.
(A4) not be the stated personunder the commencement of
reorganization proceedings or under
the beginning of rehabilitationproceedings (except for the person

notification of the competingparticipation qualification).

influences management substantially
