⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The electron gun is a field emission type electron gun with an accelerating voltage of 200kV.
B The sample stage is a liquid nitrogen cooling stage, which can be tilted by ±70 degrees or more, and compatible with cryo-electron tomography.
C The sample introduction method is a cartridge introduction method, and it has a function to automatically convey frozen samples into the column.
D The vacuum pumping system should be an oil-free fully differential pumping system.
E A direct electron detector are provided, and the direct electron detector has an effective pixel number of 4000×4000 pixels or more, and a sensor readout rate is 240 frames per second or more.
F To provide a CCD camera for fluorescent screen navigation.
G To provide software for continuously acquiring two-dimensional images for single particle analysis.
H The device control computer can control the main unit, detector and application software.
I To provide an uninterruptible power supply and it is able to maintain the vacuum level of the electron gun during a power failure.
