② have Grade B or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tender of the "offer of services etc." by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Hokkaido region in the fiscal year of 2019・2020・2021
③ The chief administrator of this work needs to have a qualification of being First-Class or Second-Class engineer operation and management engineer. Requires to proof within the past three years performance in Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau where they have been engaged and completed the service for Michi-no-Eki including stakeholder coordination work.
④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau during the time of tender opening from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
