| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of contract of the procuring entity : Miyaike Yoshihito Chief Operating Officer of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 76 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : A set of company magazine editing and printing for FY2020 and FY2021 ⑷ Delivery period : From contract next day to 15 Jun 2022 ⑸ Delivery place : According to the bid specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures ② Have been qualified though the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for tender. ・Copy of commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document that describes corporate history ・A proof of the result that more than 5,000 copies with at least 8 pages per book of in-house newsletters or PR brochures were published bycompanies, government offices, independent administrative corporations, and school corporations more than 6 times a year in the form of layout, design, proofreading and bookbinding in Japan since FY 2009 (Results of only printing work are not allowed) ・A proof that a person who will be in charge of the work has a track record of performing the work shown in above since FY 2009. ・A proof that a calendar has been produced by a company, a government office, an independent administrative agency, or an incorporated education institution in Japan since FY 2009. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 7 May 2020 (tenders submitted by registered mail 4 : 00 P.M. 7 May ,2020) ⑻ Contact point for tender documentation : Contract division, General Affairs and Corporate Strategy Department, Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited 2-18-19, Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya, 460-0003, Japan TEL 052-222-1209 |
