(6) Qualifications forparticipation in the tendering
procedures : Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposedtender are those who shall :
(A1) Not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under
Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) Not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A3) Have Grade A or B inManufacturing or Selling in terms
of the quailfication forparticipating in tenders by
Organizations in theKanto・Koshinetsu area related to
the Ministry of Finance (Singlequalification for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal years2016, 2017 and 2018.
(A4) Have not received suspension
of designated contractor status,etc. from any ministry or agency
(including person speciallyqualified by officials incharge of
disbursement of the procuringentity).
(A5) A person whose businesssituation or trustworthiness is
deemed not to have significantlydeteriorated and whose proper
performance of a contract can beguaranteed.
(A6) Have registered inaccordance with article 2-2 of the
Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
(A7) Fulfill the requirementmentioned in the tender manual that
are stated from the viewpoint ofreducing CO.
(A8) Be a person who took a grant
of a tender manual.
(A9) Submit a document of asystem to prove their ability to
supply the system concerned andmeet our requirements in order to
be judged acceptable by thecontracting entity ; and provide
explanations on the contents of the
above document by request.
