② have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in Chugoku Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2019, 2020, 2021
③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)
④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑥ A person who has proven to have delivered the following items
1)Mowing machine (remote control wide type) or Mowing machine etc.
2)Remote control device (backhoe type) or Remote control device
⑦ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned
⑧ bid manual downloaded from the Electric Procurement system, or have officially received the grant of the bid manual from Director General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 17 : 00 10 April 2020
