(A1) not come under Articles 331and 332 of the Urban Renaissance
Agency's Rules for the Operation of
Accounting practice.
(A2) have been qualified for theproposal of procurement of
"Cleaning" in terms of theClassification of "Service offer"
through the Examination ofqualifications for the
Participation in the CompetitiveTendering Procedures for Procuring
Equipment by East Japan RentalHousing Office, Urban Renaissance
Agency in the fiscal year 2015 and2016.
(A3) not be currently under asuspension of nomination as
instructed by East Japan RentalHousing Office, Urban Renaissance
Agency.
(A4) have proven record ofexperiences of the services
concerned.
