③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Kyusyu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ have proven record of experiences of the services concerned.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents December 10, 2019.
