⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of Electric power used at 5 office buildings in Kobe Customs Jurisdiction and 4 office buildings in Moji Customs Jurisdiction.
Mizushima Container Inspection Center contract demand 94kW, the estimated electric 304,086kWh, and 4 other building.
Shimonoseki Port Common Government office building contract demand 163kW, the estimated electric 294,611kWh, and 3 other building.
⑷ Period of service : From April 1 2020 through March 31 2021.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

③ Have Grade A, B or C in the Selling in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Chugoku or Kyushu・Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Finance (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
⑤ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2, of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
